Our customer service team aims to respond to all E-mails within 24-48 hours.

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order.

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Please also note fulfillment and shipping estimates will be longer than usual during Public Holidays and busy periods.

Please contact info@myherbalism.com with your order number including a video and photos of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, and has all the tags intact.
